According to Weinberg Chairman Donn Weinberg, it's an opportunity for their employees to catch a glimpse of what the foundation does.
The annual giving program allows employees to pitch the Weinberg Foundation on their favorite charities. The foundation employees are the ones who will award the nonprofits.
